Lindsay Saunders

Lindsay Saunders was born in Fairbanks and is a teacher in the FNSB district, currently teaching at Ryan Middle School. Lindsay earned a B.A. in History and a M.Ed. degree at UAF and has a lot of volunteering experience with Kids Voting and History Day. Lindsay has four children and spends a lot of her extra time gardening and creating art in different mediums. She also runs a photography business on the side and enjoys working in the world of social media. One of her first theater memories was seeing the FLOT productions of “Peter Pan” and “Oliver!” at Hering Auditorium in the 90s. Since then, Lindsay has participated in FLOT and FDA productions, further nurturing her love for community theater into a great passion. She is so excited to be on a board that helps create a stronger community and builds some of the most magical productions.
